Can I book my shipment in online?

Can I request that my package is delivered by a certain time?

Yes not a problem. Throught the UK and to many destinations worldwide we can arrange for delivery by a deadline on most of our services. Call us to find out more.

What if my package is big or awkwardly shaped?

We offer a range of services including air, road and sea freight options for goods which are large or difficult to transport via normal routes.

How can I find out more about the fuel surcharge?

This varies very slightly from time to time dependant on the global cost of fuel. You can call us at any time for up to the minute information.

I need a Commercial Invoice for Customs but don’t know what to do!

It’s not very difficult we promise! Simply go to our Administration page and download the pre-formatted Commercial Invoice template, fill out the required parts and include it with your shipment.
